Trying to be good to myself. Trying not to be afraid to ask for accommodations. Trying not to feel like I'm an inconvenience. Trying to trust my friends and be more open with them, less nervous to reach out when I wanna spend time together. It's hard. But I'm trying.

Personal win for me today. I've spent so many years ignoring my sensitivities and stuff that comes with my anxiety and autism. I became pretty desensitized to my own issues. Today, I was able to recognize that a situation was making me anxious, and I was able to remove myself from it. Baby steps.
