Well, it's now showing in the store at $3.99, but it's still trapped in "updates publishing" hell on the dashboard, which means I can't edit it or change the price. Fortunately, with the anniversary done, I shouldn't be making changes again, and I don't *need* to update the backmatter, I suppose

Amazon is "keeping me posted" on their work to fix this, btw, which means every 3-4 days I get an email that says it's not fixed yet, but that they're working on it. This is legitimately nuts. The book has been published with the same ASIN since 2015. Never had a problem before March of this year.

Well, I tried to mark the price for Fourth World back up on Amazon after the Narratess sale last month and it's been stuck in "updates publishing" limbo. KDP support says there's an "ongoing technical issue affecting multiple eBooks," including mine, and they don't know when it'll be fixed.

#TimeTravelAuthors 21: parents and mentors We see most of the characters' parents in the series. There are also mentor figures like Gitrin and Emil. I think everyone's relationship with their parents is different, just like reality. Some are good, some are strained, and some suck lol

#TimeTravelAuthors 19: Do characters travel through space, or just time? Both, because the story acknowledges that even if you're trying to get to the same location in a different time, the planet will have moved, so calculations are run to account for both.

#TimeTravelAuthors 9: Would it be better for your characters if time travel never existed? There are times when Isaak may feel this way, but he realizes without time travel a lot of people would die, including people he really cares about, so in the long run he knows time travel is worth it.

#TimeTravelAuthors 7: Mundane/boring use for time travel? I don't know if this is boring (and hopefully this is vague enough to not be a spoiler), but there were a few instances of needing to time travel just to put things back where they were found in a later timeline.

#TimeTravelAuthors 5: A relationship you love in your story In lieu of just saying "Henry and Tamara" 🤣 I really enjoyed developing Isaak's relationship with his stepdad across the series. Bringing Isaak from distrusting Erick to finding a father figure in him was very satisfying.
