"made for athletics, or statuary" #captiveprince #caprisky #q

Lamen comic: panel one has laurent posing while damen sculpts a statue; panel two has the lamen in bed, laurent left to his own while damen hugs the massive statue (reference to girlfriend hugging plushie in bed).

Ravenel rkgk #caprisky #q

Doodle fanart of Damen and Laurent's kiss in Ravenel, a scene from Captive Prince. In a panel, Damen's looking down towards Laurent; in the second panel, Laurent goes on up on the tip of his toe boots to reach up. The third panel has lamen kissing tenderly, eyes closed, hands grasping each other. On the background, a rough starry early evening/late afternoon sky and flying veretian banners. The colors are in a simple scheme of purples and salmons.

He is not only interested in untouched maidens but also in virginal knights.

A crop of a drawing of a unicorn man (like a minotaur but not a cow, I don't know the word for it) leaning over a trembling knight who is on the ground, holding a rope that is tied to a collar aorund the unicorns neck.

Digital painting of a gay couple being flirtatious. It seems both of them are a little tipsy off of wine.

chicken telling horror stories

Mr. Joshua @pantspants.bsky.social · 2w ago

Ballpoint pen, watercolor, colored pencil, a little crayon, and charcoal pencil.

Our guy pulls up deep in the forest on his 2-speed bike. He’s flanked by tall dark trees and his path is blocked by a massive spider. He lets the Big Fella know it’s on. “Big Fella,” he says. “I fixed my 2-speed. You still wanna race.” Reader, you know Big Fella wants in on that action. Next slide.

Against a starry night sky we see silhouettes of Big Fella and our man racing down a hill. It’s unclear in the drawing who will win but Big Fella is likely about to pull away.

A crayon artist sits with their legs crossed in a chair next to a wall they have covered in dinosaur illustrations. They are wearing overalls and a bandana. They exude the confidence of an artist who has seen their vision to completion. However, like many creators, their vision is not shared by everyone. They are confronted by a man in a sweater vest, “Heard you been drawin dinosaurs on my walls.” The artist replies, “You heard right.”

Artist’s note: I try to do my drawings quickly so they maintain that spontaneous feel I’m going for (something we’ve discussed in previous posts). For this one I ended up redrawing the artist’s pose and subtle facial expression over and over again until it felt right.

Lord Golden and his Tom ✨️ #rote #q

Lord Golden wears black jacket and pants, buff sleeves and dark cape, around his neck and shoulders, he has jewels strung. His long golden hair is loose and curled on the tips, he's smiling looking down to Tom' face, sitting smugly on his arms.
Tom has striled jacket and legging, his curly hair on a ponytail with white strands among the dark brown. He holds Lord Golden up, looking at him also smiling. The color scheme har ochreish palette. Linearr and brushstrokes are textured and fuzzy.

capybara and chickens are friends

painting of a capybara and chickens and chicks in a floral forest

Mr. Joshua @pantspants.bsky.social · 4w ago

Newspaper headline: WOODLAND FAIRIES DEFEATED IN FLORAL ARRANGEMENT CONTEST. In the article’s photo we see a man in a sweater vest posing next to his winning arrangement with a 1st place medal around his neck. To his left we see his opponents: a defeated band of woodland fairies with their losing arrangement. They look distraught and confused and they should be, reader. How could this happen to the heavy tournament favorites? They’re woodland fairies. Flowers are their life and yet when it was all on the line, they came up short. The winner was just a floral enthusiast not even a professional florist. A shocking defeat and an inspiring win.

I made this painting last year and I somehow really like it, especially how the mountains turned out! I was still struggling a bit back then, learning how to paint traditionally (well I'm obviously still learning! ;D) Available for purchase here: www.lorenala-art.com/shop #traditionalart
