My Naruto OC, Renge Somei, grins while holding a customised teru teru bozu she made to resemble Neji Hyuga. He sits across her, crafting his own teru teru bozu to call for good weather, while lowkey judging the one Renge made of him.

Renge is a kunoichi with black twintails, who dons a Chinese-style white apron dress and a red jacket. She's shipped with Neji Hyuga; a shinobi with long brown hair, pale eyes, and wears a white kimono-shirt and black apron outfit.
