One negative affect of Trump’s presidency that doesn’t get enough air is how much conspiracy theories have taken over politics. People on the right have vaccines, Stop the Steal, QAnon, etc. But on the left there’s 2024 election stuff, Trump as Putin’s Manchurian candidate, and more. I hate it.

Had two interviews last week for new positions that would be much more interesting and pay more. I should hear back this week. Someday before I retire I hope to earn enough to only need to work one job. Wish me luck!

There are, canonically, Black people in The Odyssey. Here Penelope describes one of Odysseus’s crew mates, Eurybates, who had black skin and wooly hair and who was as brilliant as Odysseus. If you want to claim this is somehow ahistorical you can, but you’re only showing your own ignorance.
