Your Lighthouse 100 might be fake. There are WordPress (or Shopify) plugins built to fake a higher score. And zero real speed gain. Lighthouse tests 1 page, 1 device, 1 load. It's not real-world data. Test your real website speed → pagespeed.one/en/app/insig... #PageSpeedONE #PageSpeed

Don't let AI start anything. Bring it in at phase two – revision, variants, discussion, or just the work itself. It's a reliable way to keep your own expertise sharp. And to hold on to the fun part of the job. I remind myself of this constantly. Do you?

I realize again and again how crucial it is to log a task description whenever I use AI in development. And at the same time, how incredibly useful AI itself is for creating that task description.

Why there is no #Cursor mobile app to allow work continuity without sitting in front of computer? Basic communication with AI agents I can do from my iPhone. Same as with people. Does any competitor offer this?

Monitoring site speed? You need to know the acronyms: #synth, #CrUX, and #RUM. — Synthetic monitoring = machines (Lighthouse). — CrUX = real users in Google Chrome. — RUM = custom data from all users. Learn more here: pagespeed.one/en/know-how/... Which type do you use?

At @pagespeedone.bsky.social we have launched a new service “Strategy for AI Bots”. AI bots are probably slowing down your websites too. We will come, discuss the data, set the rules so that the bots are fed up and you do not lose visibility in LLM. pagespeed.one/en/ai-bots #WebPerf #AI
Krkonoše. Weekend between the Czech Republic and Poland. Was good. ☀️
One of the biggest pitfalls of developing with LLM is bulk editing. It's temptingly simple, it edits beautifully contextually, including texts. But it often breaks something else and it's hard to control on a larger codebase.

“There are no friends and no enemies, only teachers.” This quote from one of the talks stuck with me the most. We had a great two days at the fantastic conference @beyondtellerrand.com We are taking a lot of inspiration to #FrontKon in Prague.
After 30 years of typing, I’m switching to dictation. A few takeaways: — It’s definitely faster. — Not for everything. I still type personal texts. — Higher speed, higher cognitive load. You have to think ahead. Using #WisprFlow and it's a game changer for me. #AI #Productivity
Is AI a terrible copywriter? I’m rebuilding @pagespeedone.bsky.social website with Cursor & agent skills and rating what AI can do: Frontend dev ★★★ Translator ★★★ UI design ★★☆ Copywriting ★☆☆ It produces “AI copy”. I keep rewriting. Is it the tools, or my prompting? What works for you?

My current dev setup (mostly UI): — #Cursor, Agent mode. Haven't seen the IDE since v3. — 2–3 agents working simultaneously on one task. — Dictating prompts via Whisper Flow. What’s next? I’m starting to take this setup outside of dev. I need to figure out orchestration. Reading tips?
