it’s not me who is wrong, it’s flip canvas horizontally who is wrong
changing your mindset from "i made a mistake, im stupid" to "i made a mistake, i will do better next time" sometimes stops you from spiraling into a bad mental loop, and is a little nicer to hear for other party members cause they don't feel forced to "comfort" you beating yourself up
