Missed opportunity by Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Nintendo Switch 2 Edition in that Momo and Momo (i) seem to have the same mercenary team name. They could'a had, like, "The Belles Pêches" and "The Beaux Pécheurs" and the 12 Xenosaga fans playing would've clapped.

So I'm gathering that Tales games love establishing a world-state and then slowly revealing the lies and misunderstandings and propaganda that hold it up so my idea if I had to write one is that the initial "reveals" are the villains fuckin' with the player expecting that structure.

Played for about an hour. My score went up so I guess I won more than I lost overall. Fought this same Jamie player towards the start and end, and I felt more confident the second time at least. (Shamelessly posting the hype at clip, because I got beat by this Jamie plenty too, believe me).
