Postdoc with Stockholm Resilience Centre at Stockholm University. Working on democratic politics, climate justice, and theories of new materialism. He/him. www.madsejsing.com.

I have a new book coming out in Danish about the Anthropocene and theories of materialism on December 5. Although it's a tiny little book mostly aimed at students, I'm honestly quite nervous about contributing to the public 'intellectual debate' in Denmark. Tips and good wishes are welcome. 🙏

Four books placed in front of a window. The title reads "Verden er ikke længere den samme".

Fiiiinally received the first review on my book manuscript. A good one too. I chuckled a little at this line: "It is well written, clear and lucid and absolutely readable – not always the norm in the field of contemporary political theory." Now I'll have to wait for the infamous reviewer 2...

Enjoying this place so far, but still having a bit of trouble finding people to follow. Particularly interested in connecting with fellow political theorists/geographers/sociologists/anthropologists working on climate justice-related stuff. 🍃 #polisky #poltheory #envhum #climatesky #contentiousky

#HiSky Do we do introductions in here like the elephant place? If so, I am postdoc from University of Copenhagen doing work on democratic theory and climate justice. Looking forward to connecting with fellow scholars and activists! 🌱 Ps. Here is a soothing photo from my recent trip to Norway.
