Meet Dr. Toadley's new Mega Evolution! Legend says that he can cure any disease due to his new Miracle Cure-like powers. He temporarily gains all of the wisdom of a Star Sage, but immediately loses all of these benefits once the Mega Evolution ends. Is he now considered a Star Sage? Probably not.
