Stop calling posers “larpers”. Larping is a FUN activity you play with friends. Trying to use it as an insulting term makes you sound dumb. You literally have an actual word for a lame person pretending. POSER. Say it with me, class. PO•SER.
The part that frustrates me the most is that - very often - when a major accusation is ultimately proven to be exaggerated/outright false, the people who started it simply go, “Oops! My bad” And that’s if they say ANYTHING. There is no proper closure or repair, and those who gossiped just move on.

Not everyone sees the ways we hold ourselves and others accountable offline, and how we’ve changed through the years. Be uncomfortable - but remember that’s still a person.
