—During Ave Mujica's reunion live, there was a point where Sakiko and Uika's eyes didn't meet, but was that meant to show that Sakiko doesn't return Uika's feelings?
I think you can say at that point she absolutely doesn't. She invited Uika into Ave Mujica, and Sakiko is just taking responsibility for that point. Uika saying "I'll give you my whole life" is surely too painful for her. But of course, the person who first said that when Ave Mujica was formed was Sakiko herself, and at that time she already had that resolve. There's been a reversal here, where she had the other members swear themselves to her, but now she's being made to swear to them by the surrounding circumstances. Uika's feelings are too heavy, and Sakiko can't even look at her. However, she can't ignore her forever, so she glances at her to check up on her, but at that moment Uika is lost in the song to convey her feelings and isn't looking at Sakiko. Those intersecting gazes are an embodiment of "these two not understanding each other's feelings."

The miniature garden Sakiko is protecting, the tiny, gaudy miniature garden for the sake of protecting Ave Mujica's world, she doesn't know when that too may end. No matter how desperately she tries to protect it, it's like a sandcastle that's been crumbling from the start, but even so, I think Sakiko decided to live on carrying that, even if it's different from the ideal of her mother, and protect it to the end by donning the mask of a god, as a lone person who is not a god.
