My wonderful labmate has put out her thesis work! I think this is such a neat story and it’s been so thrilling to see the last pieces come together in the time we’ve overlapped!

I decided to replace the rosemary shortbread I usually make in my Holiday Cookie Bakeathon with juniper shortbread and I think I have captured the feeling of decorating a tree with snow falling outside in a cookie.
