WORLD OF GOO Not only are you not allowed to go to sleep, in order to win certain levels you need to wake goo up! This is outrageous! 0/10 the goo should remain sleeping.
POKÉMON LEGENDS Z-A While you can sleep in this game, it is not only optional, but actually detrimental. You are required to stay up all night battling other trainers in battle zones. 0/10 These kids are teenagers, they need to sleep. My wish is that everyone in the city sleeps on time.
RHYTHM DOCTOR While the player themselves cannot sleep, a major theme of the game involves the consequences of overworking, and the tiredness coming from it. Many characters are given doctor's orders to rest. 8/10. Details how bad it can be if you don't sleep. The doctors need more sleep though.

PLANTS VS. ZOMBIES The player itself does not sleep due to the constant zombie attacks. The mushrooms do sleep during the day, but you can force them awake with coffee. 2/10. I will feed all the zombies destroying angels so that the player can sleep without threat of zombie.
UNDERTALE There are several beds you can sleep in in the game. While optional, I appreciate the ability to be well rested. 7/10. Some of the music is also the type that could put you to sleep through calmness.
PEGGLE You cannot sleep in this game. 0/10. I am going to peg Peggle to the bed and force them to sleep.
SUPER MARIO BROS. 2 The entire game takes place in a dream. 10/10. Mario is so well rested, fully ready for the day ahead. No wonder he can enthusiastically exhibit theory when he says 'Lets-a-go'.
UNBEATABLE The main character commonly complains about being unable to sleep. There is also a character named 'Rest' and I approve of this name. 5/10. A game spoiler may or may not change the score, it will be encoded below in base 64.

STARDEW VALLEY You are required to sleep every night, and are forced to go to sleep at 2am no matter where you are. Trying to go to sleep past midnight leaves less energy for you in the day tomorrow. 9.5/10. Forces you to be well rested, and gives consequences for not being well rested.
MINECRAFT There are consequences for not sleeping in this game through Phantoms. However, this game also teaches that you can stay awake by literally fighting sleep. This is very harmful. 5/10 for showing the consequences of not sleeping, but still this low for being able to ignore/fight them.
GEOMETRY DASH You cannot sleep in this game. 0.5/10. Technically user created content can allow sleeping, so I will grant mercy with a half point. I will forcefully tuck it into bed, forcefully give it a bedtime story, and forcefully give it a good night's kiss.
PROJECT SEKAI (HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE) Has an entire group dedicated to making music at 1 am. Many characters talk about not sleeping enough. 3/10. They need to sleep for a week straight.
IN STARS AND TIME: Character sleeps regularly, but the effectiveness of the sleep diminishes. Some loop deaths are stated to be akin to "a good sleep" 6/10. Character is semi-rested, but needs better sleep, especially the further in the game you get.
