Watching “Forbidden Fruits.” Great cast. Evokes that sugar rush, mean girls, ironic psychological horror of the 90s (I might be biased or projecting). The soundtrack is also fun!

All the rave reviews for “The Vampire Lestat” are earned. Reid and Anderson have some of the best chemistry on screen that I have ever seen. Casual, complex, desperate, stoic. Amazing to have seen Jacob Anderson come so far, an immense skill be utilized.

Beginning last Thursday, I coached a complete stranger in Tacoma on how to catch and take care of a kitten he found roaming his work parking lot. He was wholly unprepared to have a cat, much less catch a street kitten and socialize her. Results in the comments.

The thing about rewatching HotD S1, is that it confirms my hatred of Daemon and constant suspicion of him using Rhaenyra to his own ends. The grooming is so obvious I don’t understand the selective amnesia people have to have in order to be attracted to him (the character, not Smith).
