I think they have similar themes of grief and losing someone.

A doodle of Malleus Draconia and Shadow the Hedgehog having a beer and talking about grief.

Malleus: Tell me, Hedgehog; does grief ever go away?
Shadow: No. But, you Learn to Live with it.

Happy Birthday, Ace! ❤️

A drawing of Ace Trappola and Deuce Spade from Disney’s Twisted Wonderland. He is having a pillow fight with Deuce near a lamp. Deuce, looking scared, replies, “Ace, ACE! Watch the lights!” While backing up.

The second panel of the comic, Ace laughs and smashes the lamp at the wall with a “BAM!”, Deuce looking horrified.

The 3rd panel, Ace and Deuce looking at the broken lamp on the floor, Deuce quietly mumbling, “Dude…” and Riddle shouting from outside their room, “What was that noise?!”

The 4th and last panel, showing Ace and Deuce both in magic restricting collars that Riddle put on them as punishment. Deuce is seen weeping while saying, “Why did I get a collar, too? I tried to stop you… My honor student record…”, while Ace is more annoyed at his stiff arms and replies, “It’s not a big deal, geez. Tch, my shoulder hurts.”
