Trump just said housing affordability “is of minor importance.” I’ve watched my own rent go up 15 percent year over year. I've seen my mom choose between keeping a roof over our heads and pay for essential medical procedures. I’m running for Congress to lower costs. Let's do this.

Had a great day listening to voters while our community celebrated Thorntonfest. That's what this campaign is all about: showing up, listening, and fighting for families. Many voters told me how concerned they are with ICE and with Shannon Bird’s vote to allow ICE into schools and hospitals.

Voters here in Colorado's 8th District are ready to elect a representative who will stand up to Trump's ICE brutality.  Shannon Bird was the only Democrat to vote with Republicans to let ICE raid schools and hospitals. I cosponsored that bill to stop ICE.  Voters agree ⬇️
