Rough day. Came to some important understandings, realizations, made some difficult decisions. In my life, I only change because I have no reasonable other choice, and what is is no longer acceptable. It may not be popular, but then again I never was to begin with.

I love having to explain to people at work "don't ask why I wasn't involved, if you didn't have enough consideration to include me in it in the first place." Being taken for granted is def a trigger for me, and pisses me off to no end. I'm not gonna chase you around to endlessly.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure the theme from the last couple days of stupid shit has granted me a "fuck off" vibe. Whether it's self-inflicted incarceration, unsolicited opinions about how to go about learning to code, or other such bullshit scenarios I've found myself uttering that phrase a bunch lately.
How Jira doesn't have an auto arrange feature natively for their workflows is beyond me.

Part of my weekly "chores" is going over expenses and looking at what I'm going to have in the bank at various points in the future. Although subject to change, I could comfortably move to Seattle renting a place a month ahead of my current lease ending. That's a batshit crazy concept given my past.

Well I dunnit. Might do some tweaking on it before tonight, but I actually accomplished what I set out to do with a decent amount of skill. I'm a bit proud.
