When my brain tries to steal my focus for a “more important” task I: - ✍️ write in down - ☑️ continue with initial task ‘til done - 📋 check the list & pick next task The struggle comes if I uncover a task that will affect all current/future projects. That’s a harder sell. Focus theft successful.

I was about to do some web research on best practices for requesting device permissions (camera, mic & storage) from users. But then in dawned on me... I can just delete industry-leading apps from my phone, re-install, and learn. 🤙

I heard that AppStore submission can be a PITA. My iOS app submission was returned to me twice now, with very concise and clear notes. I've fixed the issues, response time has been < 24h. 🤞 3rd time's a charm? Kudos to the review team at Apple and don't believe everything you read on the internet 😅

I just submitted my first ever app to Apple 🎉 Google, you're next! I'll be writing a post of the do's and don'ts for first-time solo-mobile-devs. Once they're both in their respective app-stores, that is... don't wanna count my chickens before they hatch 🐣

hybrid retailers should make commission codes for online checkouts standard. e.g. I often view items in-store but end up buying online because I want a specific color or configuration. I'd love to make sure the people who helped out get their credit!
