Outrageous. Reflect Orbital’s plan to sell “sunlight on demand” through orbital mirrors is inherently incompatible with protecting dark skies. Night is not unused commercial space. It is a shared ecological, scientific and cultural commons—not something a corporation has the right to privatize.
