Reminder - Webcomics mostly survive off word of mouth. If you enjoy something then talk about it or recommend it to people. I know we're in an age where rage drives clicks so maybe try to help a creator out by talking about their work.

I somehow got the ARC for Frank Miller's Push the Wall and I gotta say Frank Miller is such a quotable unhinged maniac it makes me mad to admit he's one of the biggest influences on my sense of art and story (like every other comic book artist who read tDKR as a teenager)

I was talking to someone about wanting to "break into comics" and they laughed at me and said "we're already living the same life style no? You draw another book, go to con. I draw another book. I go to con."

One thing about “breaking into comics” is that unless you mean “I want to be so famous I never need to look for a gif and/or have full autonomy to do whatever I want and be paid for it,” you can do it right now. Just draw a comic and print it out. Get a table at a small local comic fest.

I don't really like to talk about my design process because I come from the school of show, don't tell. Also I really enjoy interpreting things for myself so I want to give other people that. But it's been a really long time since these original pins were made so let's talk about the emblem designs!

Does anyone else think it’s crazy that there's this world of lore, that millions of people fell in love with, and characters in it like Osiris, Saint-14, Eris, the Drifter, Savathun, Xivu Arath… …and somehow that world was mishandled by executives in a way that made the game shut down?
