A big thank you to all participants of the Swedish Climate Symposium! Your thoughtful discussions, curiosity, and openness made the event truly engaging. We hope these exchanges will grow into new insights and future papers for Tellus. @tellusjournal.bsky.social @bolincentre.bsky.social
Our Editorial Board gathered at #EGU26! Proof that behind every careful review, thoughtful decision, and late-night manuscript discussion, there are actual smiling humans (yes, really 😄). We are for scientists, by scientists — and occasionally with coffee, laughter, and a group photo to prove it.
30 years ago, I joined the Ukrainian Geographical Society—curious, full of questions, and fascinated by science. Today I’m at #EGU26 in Vienna, part of the global science community. It feels like coming full circle. Different world, different me—but the same curiosity and belief in science.
Tellus is back as an independent, scientist-led journal. 🌍 The first publications reflect the breadth of Earth system science—from global field campaigns to long-term ocean change and research on complex climate questions. Read more below.
