Playing through Metaphor ReFantazio for the first time rn and until we get further information on Xenoblade Genesis, I'm gonna headcanon this girl as the fusion of Mòrag and Hulkenberg
Now I that I finished Kingdom Hearts III, I went back to play Metaphor ReFantazio, since I've had it in my backlog for quite a while now I'm only like 2 - 3 hours in, but I'm getting the feeling that this might just be a really good game, just a hunch
Honestly I'd rather have GTA 6 sweep this year's awards than it getting pushed to next year 2027 is already shaping up to be an absolutely stacked year, not even counting all the games that haven't been announced yet or any other surprises, and it would suck for them to get overshadowed

I managed to get a used copy of Fortune's Weave for a pretty good price, which finally arrived today, and these guys just decided to announce a $35 DLC pass for the game the very same day lmao😭

Mahiro & Chisato's dynamic was pretty cute, the premise was interesting and I like the mix of comedy & action, especially the final fight! But some parts felt a bit disconnected, slowly paced, and I wish there was a bit more action to balance out the slice-of-life

I swear one of my favourite things in Kingdom Hearts, that I kinda wish more long running series did, is having secret bosses that are meant to foreshadow future games & characters
I decided to pick up Kingdom Hearts 3 again since I finally wanted to finish the game before KH4 comes out, and I just spent a solid 30 minutes aimlessly running through the Toy Story world because I forgot that I already beat it... so off to a great start👍
One of my favourite things about powerscaling in the Kirby series is that due to Kirby himself being so powerful, a lot of basic enemies in turn become super powerful A Waddle Dee appearantly ranges between Continent Level on the lower end and Multiverse Level on the high end and that's hilarious

One thing that keeps fascinating me is that despite all the messed up things that have happened in Deltarunes Weird Route so far, the tag on AO3 still refers to it as the Pipis Route
As much as I enjoy coming up with silly nicknames for my Pokémon in Champions, I don't think any of them will ever beat the sheer brilliance that is Crystal Seth the Sableye

I don't know what they put in that Metroid Ravenous trailer cuz I've been seeing tons of people across different platforms deciding to play Metroid for the first time because of it, which I don't remember happening for Prime 4 Beyond or Dread

Can't wait for the day that Malos comes back so that we can get Uncle Malos hanging out with his three nieces
This was a really good Direct. Surprised that we didn't get anything for Duskbloods or Xenoblade Genesis, but Metroid Ravenous and Kirby & the World Beyond have me HYPED
