Last night at the stunning Chigiana in Siena. I was invited by Current Shapes to perform at the Organo Motore acousmonium, built by Nicola Facchini and Giuseppe de Benedittis. I love events like this, organized against the grain in small towns, with people showing up from the whole region.

Annea Lockwood at the Sibelius Museum on July 9, 2026. A wonderful triad of pieces — Buoyant, Jitterbug, and Dusk — rivers flowing into the twilight. Performing Jitterbug with Annea were Livia Schweizer, Mark Reid Bulatovič, and Marja Ahti.
