Just wrapped #CascadiaJS in Seattle, after attending back in September 2025. The difference in AI sentiment and speed of change over 9 months is insane. The uncomfortable is now expected. Rough-edged experiments are now built-out tools we rely on. Software engineering is changing beneath us.
