I am going through Bram Stoker’s earliest notes on DRACULA today - they include a list of the powers and features of the Count (then named “Wampyr” before Stoker stumbled on “Dracula”), many of which are never elucidated in the book…

Whilst walking home from work, I saw a man approach two women wearing trans flag badges because he “disagreed” with them, and all I could think about was how you get to the point where your bigotry has you harassing women in the street and you still see yourself as doing the right thing.

It is still insane to me that Eat Out To Help Out was not valid on takeaway orders. What’s that, there’s a way we can save hospitality businesses, whilst also following health and safety protocols during a pandemic? Nah, let’s not fucking bother with that.
