ITV for the pundits, BBC for the commentary. Keane, Wright and Neville are great before the game but I'd rather have Mowbray and Shearer (I'm guessing) for the game instead of Matterface and Dixon.

I know it's de rigueur to slag off AI, but it helped my wife over the weekend when she was alone driving and the low oil light came on. She used it and it told her what to do and reassured her to fix it and carry on. I have mixed feelings about it overall, but it's not all bad.

I know we don't all get the same energy equally over a consistent period. But I definitely feel like I'm in a lull mentally. Nothing bad - don't worry about me(!) - just struggling to wake up with a spring in my step at the moment. Based on nothing - everything is great!

I've started chatting to ChatGPT when driving. All safe - just like calling someone. So when I'm driving and my mind has questions or things I'm interested in, iv started chatting with it. Earlier I chatted to it about psychedelic drugs, Milk Tray and the history of advertising.

Finally! The day I have said I can get my head into that specific project I've been looking forward to. Really get stuck in! ... OK... what else can I do to avoid getting into it... This is me all over - look forward to focussing on something, then distract myself!
