This happened a little faster than I expected, but I'll take it! I messed up 2-1 and A-2 but they were relatively minor timelosses. I'm really happy that both my "All-Stars All Stars" PBs are fairly strong runs. 🙂 One category left until my 2JCE LB grind comes to a close!
Day 1 of our new Lost Levels project, where we collect every power star on the All-Stars version as Luigi, went pretty well! We set 2 new world records, 31:11 and 30:54. The 30:54 has 1 hit and 1 death, but I nailed a frame-perfect jump in C-1 that saves nearly 7 seconds!
Update #2: I ordered a new wifi adapter and performed another test stream. Long story short it went alright. Still dropped frames here and there but I think I can work around it. I'll try to continue regular streaming starting tomorrow but I can't promise anything atp. 🤷

I tried again today and the issues returned 🙃 unfortunately I think I will be doing all of my speedruns offline for the time being. I'll plan on contacting my ISP and see if they can help resolve this issue.
Let's go! I got hit in 3-2 which cost me 9 second total. 0 IGT cycles missed! Very solid run imo, I'm ready to move on. 👍

Another game I loved playing casually that I would eventually like to speedrun! Congo's Caper for SNES, which I found to be a pretty easy game overall. Even the final bosses aren't too bad once you learn a strategy to get around their movement. Definitely recommend. 🙂

Two consecutive days I attempted to stream and I keep dropping hundreds of frames out of the gate even after restarting PC. Worst case scenario I'll have to do offline runs for a while. 😕

Got our first PB for Lost Levels 240 Fireworks as Luigi on the All-Stars version. Pretty strong first run especially since it was over 2 minutes faster than my first Mario PB. I'd like to aim for at least 38:5x, if not then 38:4x. Sub 40 too which is pretty hype.
On my second PB ever for 240 Fireworks as Luigi, we met our goal! 39:46 LRT, the first sub 40! This run had ~4 missed timer cycles (aka 10 IGTs for firework timing), however this is a damageless run. I could go for a 3x but it's very tight for my strats. I'm happy with this.
Decided to make a custom menu or my FXPAK Pro. Really happy with how it came out. 🙂
We achieved our goal in SMB2J Mario & Luigi Warpless! Only two runs in and we got 45:46 w/o loads, or 46:18 w/loads. This run had 0 hits, however I played a lot of things safe so this is the equivalent of a really fast 2-hit run. Regardless, I'm happy enough to move on!
New PB/WR for SMB2J Mario+Luigi Warpless! Had a bad Mario run but brought it back with a decent enough Luigi run. 45:51 w/o loads. We'll keep grinding until 45:4x! 💪
Tried out a new SMB2J category where you beat 8-4 warpless with Mario, and then do the same with Luigi. Got a new world record of 46:04 w/o loads! Run was mostly decent until world 7 of the Luigi run. Depending on how my future attempts go, I'll aim for either low 45:5x or any 45:4x!
For SMB2J All Stages (Luigi -> Mario), we achieved the first 37:0x run (by ONE frame)! We took an unfortunate hit in 7-4 but a good recovery in world 8 gave us a chance entering world A. Really happy to put this category to rest!
