I totally missed this earlier, so here I am reposting it now. You’ve all seen the multiplying seafood mislabelling stories, but I bet you didn’t know DNA tools can tell you 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 your fish comes from (and whether the catch location is mislabelled), not just what it is!
