After receiving multiple pieces of the same advice, I'm going to cancel today's stream. I'll be taking a step back to review my old streams and other's content to try to reevaluate the kind of streamer I want to be. Thank you for your patience.

I have heard everyone's feedback and realized I'm creating an uncozy environment in my streams. I am looking into ways to improve. If there are any topics you'd prefer hearing me talk about, please feel free to let me know. I hope you're all doing well and I will try to improve for this community.

Unless TikTok stops fighting me, shorts there will be on hold for a while. The check keeps having an error so I can't seem to upload any videos...

Decided to redo my Metroid: Zero Mission thumbnails too. This is the game that made me decide to only play things I actually feel passionate. Sorry to my husband. I know he loves this game, but it just isn't for me.

Needed something chill to do so I remade my old FireRed playthrough thumbnails.

I may have lost my job during the stream yesterday, but I don't want to give up on streaming. So look forward to next Sunday, where we'll keep streaming some cozy games. :)

What a stressful day! I had to factory reset my computer due to some problems. I think I've got everything back in time for tomorrow's stream. I really hope I'm right...

Really excited to play a little Cozy Caravan on Sunday with you guys! I hope to eventually use my own art for all my thumbnails, but that's still a big WIP.

So I may not ever be able to monetize karaoke streams, but at least I had fun today and was brave enough to go past my comfort zone. I'll count that as a win!

So it turns out the secret to having a quiet controller is pressing the buttons quietly. Who would have figured? I also worked up the courage to sing on a test stream. A little scared to listen back to it. lol

Guess I'll slowly be learning how the YouTube and TikTok algorithms work. Only way to figure out what shorts do well and all. Somehow I feel stupid that I didn't think short, memeable moments beat honest, heartfelt stories when building my audience. Oh, well. Hopefully I'm getting it right now.

The YouTube algorithm is a strange, magnificent beast, one I may never understand. One of my videos got more views than I expected (almost 2k) but the others barely got any attention at all. I'm not sure why...
