Part of my OC design change propaganda is to vocally talk about the hottest little changes (for alt designs) I do on friends, like: - Humanoid hands / Feet (WITH FINGERNAILS CUZ DAMN THEYRE COOL) - Body hair (Specially if the OC is older or very flamboyant) - FATTER, MUCH FATTER

The e-bike panic reflects how normalized dangerous driving is. People are seeing the "threat" from e-bikes everywhere while ignoring the danger from cars that has been and continues to be there. All I want is for e-bikes to be addressed in a way that's proportional to their actual risk.

The Burlingame incident wasn’t “triggered by an 11-year-old riding an e-bike”. The teen driver who was found at fault failed to yield when exiting a parking lot, cut off the ebike rider then sped onto the sidewalk across the street. Your piece doesn’t refer to the driver at all, only the “SUV”.

“Lawmakers introduced the proposal after two children in the county died in separate e-bike accidents, including 4-year-old Ayden Fang. Last year, an SUV struck Fang in Burlingame in a chain-reaction accident triggered by an 11-year-old riding an e-bike.”

Maybe you think you are invulnerable to this (you are not), but the people who stay in Twitter because you are still sharing there are definitely being dragged to the right. I have so many mutuals who are still posting regularly there, and it's so disheartening to see. Please stop.

Evidence is already accruing that spending time on Twitter pulls ppl to the right, bc the algorithm feeds you horrible stuff. And again: academics are likely more vulnerable, bc they convince themselves they are less.

Beastieball is one of the best monster collectors out there cuz the designers understand the key to appealing monsters: you gotta appeal to the freaks. the furries. the otherkin. you gotta make 'em wanna get turned into one. if your design can easily be a blushing pooltoy then you've done it right.

A fantasy adventurer party where one member’s the designated magic reservoir, ie. able to store lots of magic but swell like a big ethereal water balloon. You’d think mobility would be an issue but they’re able to cast any spells that’d get them around. Could even hover and drop em on enemies, etc…
