The Weaver
The Universe is a magician, or perhaps a weaver. "The Weaver" pictures a pair of distorted hands rippling in the darkness, sparkling as if caught mid-spell, casting the cosmos into being in real time. Pulled apart into delicate threads, the hands carry the inevitability of tangling: knots and unintended hiccups woven into the tapestry of our lives. The piece frames creation as something fragile and prone to error, spun from the same fine threads that hold the universe, and us, together. Distorted and animated via a custom built glitch app.
