Had a meeting today which was the first bunch of sense I’ve heard in 3 weeks and my nervous system is CALM my god.
Always find it odd when you see complete strangers have blocked you on here like; I’m not like offensive am I? Idk.
I do have a heavy case of the Sunday scaries but hopefully I’ll apply for a couple of jobs tonight and give my brain some sense of future hope 😆

Can tell I was out drinking Friday, the anxiety levels today are HIGH.
I am *miserable* and I feel like it’s been perpetual work related misery since February.
Part of me wishes I hadn’t been diagnosed with ADHD because this period of being diagnosed and essentially untreated is absolutely ass. If anyone has tips I’d gladly take them 😭
Like it feels we are getting into a death spiral of competing for attention whilst all making ourselves (more) mentally unwell it isn’t good. I may be speaking for myself ofc.

Came out for a walk to catch some Pokémon, walk past a localish beer garden, came in for a pint and shade. Solid Saturday, enjoying my own company. ☺️.
