Trump’s DOJ has sent election monitors to the largely black districts in Michigan for the primaries. This is the same DOJ whose confirmation is being debated. What’s the problem? Todd Blanche is not working for democracy. He is not working for us.

What bugs me re: dems who insist our current state is only about affordability is short sighted. In a democracy, we vote for those who listen, listening being a moral issue about respect and truthfulness. They won’t steal our tax dollars but do what they promise. Character is, as they say, destiny.

After ICE shot and killed Lorenzo Araujo, the FBI leaked to Fox News a claim that he was found with possible meth in the van. His family said it was a total falsehood; it was a bag of salt to be used to make an electrolyte drink. And they were right. It was not drugs.
The save act passed the house. It will still not pass in the senate but here’s the thing: 13 house democrats voted with the assholes. This is mind boggling. The save act is anti-democracy. Those dems should be exposed and Hakeem Jeffries should share some of the blame.
