HPD is assisting ICE. This is just wrong. Houston is already under resourced at HPD. WHY does the mayor enable this? Billions of federal dollars have been allocated to ICE. Why don’t they do their own work? Maybe it’s because they really have a mission to disrupt and terrorize cities.
