I’m scared to death jump on a scale. I’ve had diarrhea over 50 a day and have been unable to eat for a week now. It’s crazy how fast muscle disappears. Thankfully it also comes back fast.

Anyone have any ideas what could cause flu like symptoms, insanely bad dehydration, and horrible diarrhea over 50 times a day? I can’t even sleep or do anything! This has been going on for almost 5 days. I’d like to crowd source before going to the ER.
