Wenn mein Schlafrhythmus so bleibt, gibt es nächste Woche zwischen 8 und 9 morgens einen cozy Stream. Hab seit einigen Monaten mein Schlafrhythmus so im Griff, dass ich um 5:40 aufstehe. Klar gibt es mal ein Ausrutscher, wo ich bis 8 schlafe, aber bin echt Stolz auf mich, dass ich es so durchziehe.
