Today, we remember those murdered in Hamas’ October 7 attack on Israel—and the survivors and families who carry that loss every day. Remembering also means refusing to be silent in the face of antisemitism. We must continue to speak out, stand together, and reject hate.

Putting public land to work for more housing @salemstate.bsky.social! 💙🧡
Honored to take part in today’s groundbreaking at @salemstate.bsky.social and celebrate the work underway to create more housing in Salem. Projects like this are creating more places for people and families to live in the communities they love. Couldn’t be prouder of my alma mater. Go Vikings!
Big housing progress is happening at @salemstate.bsky.social, with 473 homes coming to the South Campus. In one year, our State Land for Home Initiative has put more than 5.6k new homes in the pipeline. Turning land into housing means opportunities to live and build a future here in MA.
From local ingredients to school meals, CommonWealth Kitchen’s Feeding Futures Initiative is helping bring scratch-made, ready-to-use meals to 89 school districts across MA. It was great to be in Dorchester to discuss how we can feed more students and strengthen our local food economy. 🍅 🍞 🍲

Today, we honor our servicemembers and veterans and remember those we’ve lost to suicide. Asking for help takes strength. Let’s keep breaking down the stigma and make sure everyone who served knows they are not alone.
The men and women who defend our freedoms should never feel like they have to struggle alone. I was proud to sign a bill recognizing September 22 as Military Service Members and Veterans Suicide Awareness and Remembrance Day.
Proud to celebrate @SalemState’s new geothermal loop, solar canopy and major progress toward a healthier campus, new jobs and world-class learning spaces for our students! This is what’s possible when state government and public colleges work together 💪

With more people working remotely, downtowns look different. Others see empty buildings, but @massgovernor.bsky.social and I see great places for housing. That's why we're converting vacant commercial space in Boston, Dedham, Springfield, Westford and Worcester into almost 900 new homes.
Back-to-school season is almost here! 🎒📚 Yesterday at TD Garden, we packed 3,000+ backpacks — and celebrated a major donation to Boston Public Schools. Massachusetts has the best schools in the country, and we’re lucky to have so many people working together to keep it that way.
As the daughter of a military family, spaces like the Veteran Pathways of New England's Leominster Campus are incredibly meaningful to me. It's places like these that make such a meaningful difference in the lives of veterans & their families. I'm so grateful to have celebrated this ribbon cutting!
