The bills creating the Massachusetts Health Care Trust would eliminate greedy for-profit private equity from taking over our hospitals and clinics like this. They simply would not qualify as healthcare providers and couldn’t get paid. (See Section 13 (a) (6) of H.1405 and S.860.)
