৻ꪆ — i believe there’s so much depth to childhood play. it often shapes how we see the world, how we see ourselves. the nostalgia of it all has less to do with the yearning for our youth, and more with the reckoning of who we’ve always been.

৻ꪆ — love when the universe sends me beauty + kindness. someone gave me a flower a few days ago because i was a “real life barbie”. what a sweetie. i wore it in my hair last night on stream. 🎀🌺 she’s getting a bit wilted now, but still so pretty.

❤︎ — re: the response to daphne blunt’s content. the internalized misogynoir, disdain (+envy) people have for well-off black women is indicative of a society that does not see black bodies deserving of affluence. they equate our skin to struggle + view our culture as criminal.

❤︎ — i honestly love seeing girly girls with different aesthetics and interests. like yes, barbie, mcbling and hello kitty are everything but i love seeing the hyperfemme witchy & venusian girlies more than anything rn ✨🎀
