Record collector, jazz student, primary care provider. Think I am funnier than I am.

It will never happen, but I hope Randy Paul and the rest of them have to apologize to every healthcare provider and public health worker from the CDC on down to LHJ who put their lives on the line every day of 2020.

Everybody dunking on the Atlantic MAHA article, but I have one more: When people ask in good faith "did vaccines cause this person to have autism." Science responds with "thankfully, we've studied this well and found no link." Exactly no one said "shut up ignoramous."

This is another one of those records where promos are as common as shelf copies. I think that means the label thought they had something, but public didnt agree. This is nice horn heavy dance soul. Kinda similar to Baby Huey w/less singing. Sonny Sharrock on most tracks.

Brute Force, Embryo 1970

But wait, I remember hearing that children didnt spread COVID? This was always my pushback on the let it rip crowd - that opening schools would have led to this type of spread at a time our systems couldnt handle it. I suppose I won't get my apology.

Statens Serum Institut studied 1,106,493 grandparents. Recorded SARS-CoV-2 infection was 9.9% more likely after grandchildren’s birthdays and 15% more likely after preschoolers’ birthdays, implicating small family gatherings. jamanetwork.com/journals/jam...

My irrationally angry hill to die on is people exploiting disability law to bring their fecking dogs into the grocery store. My daughter is wheelchair height and they get up in her face and it scares her. Monsters.

Terribly socialized dogs, off leash dogs, people bringing their dogs into business despite signs posted forbidding it, huge badly behaved dogs on the subway, I stg I saw an OFF LEASH DOG in TRADER JOE’S during RUSH HOUR

Two thoughts: - I dont wanna dunk on a dude for being sick, but this is a problem with branding yourself as a fake health expert - my news feed juxtaposed this with Joey Chestnut, hotdog champ. Who will live longer? Not a given, we dont control these things as much as we think.

A man who publicly was doing something which, when done wrong, can cause graft-vs-host disease, an autoimmune disease which can attack, among other things, your GI tract, now has an autoimmune disease which is attacking his GI tract. What a coincidence.

This is a really funky soul jazz record on a great label. Like the Grant Green LPs of the time, but a little more fuzz and rock beats. Should be a three figure LP, but it gets by for way less. Grab one.

Eddie Fisher and the Next Hundred Years, Cadet 1970

This is going to create all sorts of burdens on primary care. I have probably 500 medicaid recipients on my panel. Every variety of employed, unemployed, and between. Now, I gotta be the arbiter of who gets to keep care and who doesn't? Based on what?

Adults on Medicaid will be required to work 80 hours per month. The Trump administration says people who are sick will have to prove they are too sick to work to be exempt from the new work rules. n.pr/3RK4U7X
