I'm fine with this provided that only medical staff can see my birth sex instead of receptionists etc. and my title and gender is accurately listed for general purposes and being addressed.

This defacto means that likely 3/4 of the prize money will go to males. The top 3 finishers will be male. The top 3 men will be male. The top 3 nonbinary will probably be male. This kind of "inclusivity" functions to further marginalize females.
I'm sure many athletic children could outcompete me in the sport of their choice. Does that entitle me to a place in a kid's division? How about the Paralympics? I could never run as fast as the best disabled athletes can. Should I thus be given a place, as an able bodied person?
I think you either have to accept trans specific leagues or trans women playing in mixed or male divisions. Because ultimately it's not fair to have people with a male advantage in female divisions.
