@news.abc.net.au why do you disable comments on your posts? On Twitter, I imagine a lot of right-wingers would flood the comments section with rants that display total ignorance of the posts, while on here you will likely get more level-headed and nuanced criticism of your horrible "journalism".

*in a smug tone* Oh the Odyssey? Yeh I've read it... Oh you mean the movie? Sorry I was busy reading the Epic of Gilgamesh.
I've realised I can share my Blender art and interesting news from my field of work at the same time.
Wake up babe...new dogshit unimaginative pop icon just dropped.
Tribute to Sam Neill: In the 1997 film Event Horizon (an excellent cosmic horror flick btw) he requested that his arm badge not have the Union Jack but instead the flag of First Nation Australians. He said that by 2047 he would think we would have come to terms with our brutal colonial history.
"Provide specific examples"? How about try a Google image search yourself dickhead and stop pretending like this isn't an issue.
Happy Hand Trauma in the ER Night to my American friends!
It's called solidarity, humans. Learn about it.
After rewatching Flight of the Navigator with the family I can say the film still definitely holds up. It's a great premise and explores themes of nostalgia and belonging. 10/10.
Hot take: Flight of the Navigator (1986) was a better movie than ET. ET wasn't bad, but Flight of the Navigator had better pacing with an suspenseful first act and more interesting music. I love John Williams of course but FotN's soundtrack was more unique.
Never thought it would be a flex to say that our reflecting pool isn't green from algae overgrowth and you don't get arrested for touching the water, but here we are.
My reaction to the prescription-strength copium coming from the US after they were mercilessly bullied at the FIFA World Cup.
Wellness influencers using notorious racist misogynist James Watson to validate their claims? What a surprise.
This guy doesn't know the meaning of uncomfortable. I will rock his world. I'll turn the place into a raccoon shanty town and give him rabies.
Conservative furs be like "wahh why does everyone pick on me when I say queer people are what's wrong with the furry fandom while claiming I am apolitical?"
Clothes shopping. I guess they have nothing for me because I'm none of these things.
Trying to explain why some people think the 3D model of my fursona is creepy.
What a fucking loser lol. My tax dollars shouldn't be paying for this shit. Fuck 12. Black Lives Matter. First Nations Lives Matter. Disabled Lives Matter.
*hits blunt* Brian Griffin is just Bill Maher's fursona.
You won't learn any evidence-baced practice from a wellness influencer.
Lovely. Another "we didn't have autism back in my day" load of bullshit. This isn't fit to wipe my arse with.
NSW Furs Mid May Meet. Had a nice chat with a social worker who was helping one of the attendees as it was their first meet. Was also her first meet and she was really interested in the furry thing so we talked about the whole psychology of furries and how it helps neurodivergent people socialise
Science is awesome. Especially mad science. Made in Blender.
The Andes strain of the hantavirus isn't a new strain. It was first discovered in South America in 1995 and it poses no real risk. Please ignore conspiracy theorists, this most recent outbreak nothing new and the threat of a pandemic is negligible. #hantavirus
