Really happy how my Zelda backlog is looking. I’d say from here the last big ones are A Link to the Past, Minish Cap, and Echos of Wisdom (along with maybe the Link’s Awakening remake) and I’d say I have all the must haves for Zelda.

BILLBOARD FROLICS doesn’t have too much to offer in a critical sense, but it’s valuable on a cultural sense. For one, Disney’s influence is still profound: it’s very obvious cartoons like THE CHINA SHOP was both a commercial (at least I hope it was) and critical hit, so it’s easy money.
Collector’s Vault 3 is a slam dunk of a set. Why not celebrate with some writings on each cartoon?
4 epsiodes into the Flying Witch anime. Exactly the kind of anime I need for my birthday: Beautiful in the slow moments, charming in the bigger picture, and leaves enough to chew on inbetween. Can’t wait to spend this night getting to know more about this world.
Planning to spend my birthday doing nothing but chill out with as many epsiodes of FLYING WITCH I can through Hoopla. Been looking to it all month.

While the power was out I tried out Metroid: Zero Mission. Already beat the first boss. I think this game is going to be the one that’ll click everything with this franchise.
About almost done with my viewing of the Collector’s Vault volume 3. Pretty much thumbs up across the board from me as always, but there’s a few comments people should be aware of with this set I’m not seeing others bring up:

Game #2: one of the heavy hitters of the SNES that I was happy seeing for a very good price! With this, I am very close to owning every Star Fox game!
