Today at work we were asked to use AI to optimise our company’s presentation on a topic because the AI software that evaluates projects proposals did not rate our proposal well enough. It is now the case that we optimise things with AI to satisfy AI. The absurdity is real.

Today is our last day in France 🇫🇷. Tomorrow back to Germany 🇩🇪. It was nice here and if the temperatures were lower it would have been perfect. Provence is worth a visit. Au revoir Marseille!

Today we were in Salon de Provence. A small not very touristy town, but nice. Not the top of the list of things to see but good. Nostradamus came from there. We also went to see a soap production site. Day nine of our trip to France 🇫🇷

My latest read after Getsby. Now a Sifi Novel with a lot of philosophical debts about inhabiting a new planet. The second novel of Nils Westerboer is really good and I recommend a read. Lyneham is a Novel for Sifi lovers who go beyond Star Wars.

Avignon.. one of the most impressive cities on our holiday. It was very hot, but that won’t change in this holiday. Even the locals tell me it is unusually hot this year. Day seven of our holiday in France.🇫🇷

3€ for a ball of ice cream. That is crazy. Still people pay this much. In Germany it is at around 1,80-2€… People still seam to be rich enough to pay that much money for an ice cream…

For the kids we went into one of the restaurants in close proximity to a shopping mall. And I must say when it comes the American style food the French are just as bad as the Germans 😂. And with these words and a nice glass of wine I say bonne nuit

St Remy en Provence. I can recommend it. The place where Van Gogh was hospitalised after he had his break down. His productive time. A nice little city with a lot of history and a must, for Van Gogh fans. Day five in 🇫🇷.

Even though it is very touristic, still worth visiting Aix-en-Provence. Day four in France 🇫🇷 Did I mention that it is hot there 😀

A very nice Restaurant that we found today in Marseilles. Not chap but very tasty. Nothing for our youngest child. To many tasty ingredients… I can recommend the linguini with mussels. By the way the third day in France.

I can only recommend that book. Never made it until now on holiday. It sucks you into a world that is different to ours today, but yet not so different at all. Loved the read but also left me a bit melancholic at the last chapter.
