I was in a Charleston suburb restaurant recently. I listened to chatter in other tables. Trust me. This talk is normal down there. I fully believe most people never finished 5th grade.

The US is siding with Russia even as Russians help Iranians kill American soldiers. So the new global war would have to involve the USA helping others kill Americans.
Proof that RFK Jr uses comes from the brain worm. So he goes on the show to primarily yell at Bash. Well isn’t that special!

Fauci made mistakes but he also saved lives. Millions of lives. To vilify Fauci is highly lowbrow. Republicans need something for the midterms to run on. This is their homerun play. They have nothing else.

I could be wrong but this doesn’t look like work Iran would do. They want to hurt or kill the President and possibly some of his family. I think this is a false flag to get people riled up for the President.

even though people were dying of Covid. Sen. Moody was more concerned with loss of revenue than saving lives. Fauci should not have answered stating his 5th amendment rights, but answered truthfully. Simple yes/no/maybe answers would have stymed the inquisition.

I’m probably in the minority on this… I don’t believe Dr. Fauci has anything to hide. Taking the 5th I don’t believe was a good idea… because you just showed Republicans they can do the same in the future. I feel Dr. Fauci should answer as many questions truthfully as possible.
Trump is so fucking disingenuous. He would have had three, possibly four times the deaths without Fauci’s help.

Fauci didn’t break any laws. Republicans, namely Rand Paul, is butt hurt that the pandemic wasn’t as widespread and deadly as Fauci feared. It’s revisionist rhetoric when if nothing was done, millions more could have died. We will never know “what if”.

Agreed. Republicans want this in-fighting. They will muddy the waters with borderline unknown candidates. As you say… any other vote not for the fully supported Democrat is a waste.

In any given race, the candidate may not be perfect, but they are better than the alternative. In the U.S., most elections come down to a binary choice: Democrat or Republican. Any other vote is wasted or helps the GOP.
There has to be one consensus Democratic winner. We can’t have multiple people lining up for the challenge, or Collins will win. Trust me, Republicans know this and will be putting up fake candidates.

I wish Bluesky would block postings that take you to X or Facebook. I deleted my accounts there a while ago, and they are mostly Trump supporters there.
I don’t understand what happened to the conservative party I grew up with. My parents were conservative, as were my grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, etc. The Republican Party is no loner conservative. Wisdom says they are a broken party leaning Nazi. All I know is my hatred for Trump.
Their goal is to thin the population… preferably Democrats.

If I could go back in time, I’d find that baby and end it there. Unfortunately it’s not possible. We need a full on revolution! This can’t go on.
