Another instant favourite is "7 Days in Kinktown" by @eclairatee.bsky.social (archiveofourown.org/works/80652926). Like so many fantastic BDSM fics, it's about angst, and feelings, and care, and found family. Loved every word and will reread on hard rotation!

Great news! WWX is not dead! There has been a total bumper crop of new and wonderful #wangxian #mdzs fics lately, thanks in part to Gotcha Against ICE (kudos to @fereael.bsky.social!). So many favourite authors bringing us delicious fodder, I am busy adding to my bookmarks like a greedy hamster!

Just finished reading this and must shout from the rooftops! An incredible fic, reimagining Wangxian's canon miscommunication in a delightful exes to lovers scenario. I was so hooked I hid in the toilet at work to keep reading! An instant favourite.

Just finished this podfic and omg, what a truly epic story and what a magnificent podfic! A perfect fic for me is when an author does their own world-building and at the same time leaves enough breadcrumba leading to canon for us to gorge ourselves on. This is one of them, a total stunner!

I don't know if anyone will read this but today I can't help thinking that whatever our views are, #mdzs is not a rulebook to follow. Wwx is a flawed hero. He saves the Wen group but before that he goes on a a bloody rampage killing thousands of other Wens.

How do I go about finding a beta for a #mdzs fic I translated into English? I love this fic and really want the translation to make sense before I upload it. Does anyone fancy beta-ing a broody and sarcastic JC and LXC fic? Not Xicheng, they just have a lot of grief to share (and some beef!)
