Millions of americans in major cities got out on the streets , protests so strong that it toppled the Tump dictatorship - could have. Apologies - protests from 8 years ago when Apathy didn't rule. It could have, but like the vote, the compliant stayed at home. Where are the mass protests now?

@darktildawn.bsky.social · 5d agoAs a voting citizen of the USA for over half a century, the most insane & disgusting thing to me about Americans is the fact that even though national elections can be won by a handful of votes, 70 to 80 million Americans don't bother to vote at all while complaining about how bad our government is.
