#CRIF hat von fast jedem in Österreich Name, Geburtsdatum und Adresse gesammelt um "Bonitätsscores" hochzurechnen, dabei gibt es zu 90% keine Finanzdaten. Wir haben eine #Unterlassungsklage eingebracht und eine #Sammelklage auf Schadenersatz (€500/Person) gestartet. Mach risikofrei mit: crif.noyb.eu

Die Kreditauskunftei CRIF hat vermutlich deinen Namen, Anschrift und Geburtsdatum und berechnet damit einen "Score". Banken, Mobilfunker und andere rufen diesen Score ab. Ich habe bereits mitgemacht - melde dich auch an:

The "sanctions" against heads of European NGOs for simply doing there job under the law on #HateSpeech (where much was outsourced by the industry to "trusted flagers" and alike) is another level and is obviously very close to home @noyb.eu. It's urgent to support your local Digital Rights NGOs.

Die Auskunftei #CRIF hat die Daten von Millionen Leuten in Österreich gesammelt - und den meisten Leuten einen "Score" zugewiesen nur anhand von Anschrift, Alter und Geschlecht. Handyanbieter, Banken und Stromanbieter nutzen diesen "Score". Wir wollen Licht ins Dunkle bringen. Mach mit: crif.noyb.eu

"Rigid German Data Protection" in Practice: Today (26.2.2025) we (@noyb.eu) just a scan (!) of a fax (!) that a company has submitted with the Berlin DPA on 14.8.2019 to respond to. This is a whapping 5 years, 6 months and 12 days to just forward a legal submission! 😵‍

2019 hat die ÖVP die Koalition mit der FPÖ gesprengt, weil sie Herbert Kickl für untragbar als Innenminister hielt. Im Wahlkampf 2024 hat sie Kickl für „rechtsextrem“ u. zum „Sicherheitsrisiko“ erklärt. Nun will die ÖVP Verhandlungen, um Kickl zum Kanzler zu machen. Ö. Politik ist schon … besonders.
