Assault and Battery scrapping in the valley. Started about mid-April, took a couple weeks of break in between. It was really just supposed to be the punchy loop in the middle but then I was like what if we got stupid.

One mistake I make as an artist --AND YOU SHOULD WATCH YOURSELF FOR THIS TOO-- is HYPING MYSELF UP so much that I BURN OUT too fast. Ever tell yourself, "I'm gonna draw FIVE FINISHED PICS/ a WHOLE comic page/ animate X number frames today!!" And when you don't you feel ULTRA DEFEATED --🧵

I went to art school... I had no clue this is what people meant by "warm ups". Like, a whole routine? Each part specific and functional? Dang. Probably would have less "forgot how to draw" days if I did these every time. I'm gonna try it.

A little art #tutorial ALWAYS FLIP YOUR CANVAS Your mins fills in certain details when you draw. Flipping the canvas can help spot inconsistencies. It takes a while to get used to. DON'T GET DISCOURAGED if you spot mistakes! It's NATURAL.
